Testing/Classroom Accommodations

If a student shows academic struggles in the classroom and consistently needs classroom accommodations to be successful, a formal evaluation is needed.  An evaluation can be obtained from a private agency or FBISD.  Please contact Connie Masera, Instructional Support Services Coordinator, for more information, as she can help you with the process.

All paperwork for evaluations needs to go through the Instructional Support Services Coordinator.  A release of information must be completed for the required paperwork to be completed by the teachers and school.  You can access this release below and email it to Mrs. Masera.
